Name:
Lorentz Force
Secret Identity (if any):
-
Age:
2
Affiliation:
Independent, Hero
Base of Operations (if any):
-
Appearance:
Powers:
Capable of dividing his body into many parts that work independently. He can control them trough magnetic force. The white things on his body are magnetic and used for this. Programmed with basic martial arts knowledge, great with his Sai. Slightly stronger than the average human due to being a robot. Can control other metallic objects with magnetic force, although needs to focus if the object is bigger than he is.
Henchmen (villains only):
-
Personality:
While Lorentz has only been in existence for two measly years, he has already an extensive psyche and personality that one would consider an adults. He can be quite the wisecracker and jokester, although recently he's been troubled with some questions about his meaning. While he knows that he is a robot, he finds it disturbing that he simply woke up one day without any word from his creator(s). Still, he doesn't let this bother him too much. Built with a strong sense of right and wrong, one might almost consider the usually joking and relaxed Lorentz almost naive when it comes to good and evil. He has no real concept of morally grey things or areas.
Origin Story:
Scientist Samuel Rodriguez was born with an unfortunate heart disease that would claim his life in twenty or so years, give or take. The young brilliant mind set out to create something that would change the world before he would die. From age ten onwards he used his superior intellect to first work on ideas, then designs, then blueprints... Until he finally had a definite model he could work on. Rodriguez had always been fascinated by gravity and magnetic forces, the Lorentz force theory especially. He set out to make this theory to be the basis of his model.
Rodriguez realized he could use his new invention for much evil. The machine without a soul could rob banks, museums, and national secrets without any troubles thanks to it's complex mechanics. But the boy held onto a dream of a free world, helped by people and heroes who knew what was right. This ideal was imprinted deeply into the programming of Lorentz Force, to keep the machine on the path he was meant to travel on.
At the age of twenty three Rodriguez had finished Lorentz, and was ready to initiate the launching. As the final programs were installing, Rodriguez finally fell to his heart disease in his home. He was found and buried by his close family. But Lorentz was updated automically, and after two weeks of Rodriguez' death, the machine activated. Alone in an underground lab and with no information of where his master was, or who he was, the machine set out to the world with one mission: justice.
